      Just okay meatloaf... not dry or bad, but no real memorable flavors. The parmesan and cheddar cheese get kind of lost. I followed instructions with no changes in ingredients. May work with potatoes and gravy, or use leftovers in sandwiches or in pasta marinara sauce. I didn't take a photo until it had already been put away.

      Easy bread recipe, but I have mixed feelings about the outcome. I haven't made a lot of bread recipes, so I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but the bread rose really well and then drastically deflated as I was putting it in the oven. The flavors were nice enough, but it was lacking salt.
