    I had high expectations for this book. I’d say it was a bit of a let down. Only 1/5 the recipe resemble traditional bakes to share with non-health conscious family members. Between the high volume of raw recipes or the gluten free textures that were worked out enough to resemble what they were mimicking textural, they let me down a bit. The frozen pies and baked bars are where their book shines.
