    Made the chicken alfredo today. Doubled the quantities to suit the family. Enjoyed it. Look forward to making other recipes from this book. Very family friendly recipes.

    This is an excellent cookbook. Have made the peanut butter chicken curry twice, using Manilife smooth regular (blue) and then Manilife smooth deep roast: M prefers the former, but both work brilliantly. Doubled up the recipe. Be careful not to overcook the chicken. Makes absolutely stacks of sauce. Great with tender stem and baby corn, and rice. The beef casserole is great too. I used half a swede as it looked like so much veg but then wished I’d used a whole one as it was so delicious. Have made a few other recipes. Looking forward to this being indexed. Deserves a wider audience.
