    Made the Greek Salad. I wouldn’t say it was ground breaking but was quite kid friendly to make. We art it with lettuce but I was kind of shocked that the lettuce was optional and only noted in the comments.

    Made Grover’s Enchiladas. My kid did not have the attention span for the amount of work involved so it was a parent made meal. They were tasty but I was shocked my kid liked them. They are quite smoky. Glad we made them once, but we are not likely to repeat them or if we do it would sub a canned sauce.

    The Blue Smoothies were first on my 11 year old’s to make list. We had to order the blue superfood (from Amazon) but they were delicious. A combo of flavors we had not tried before. Would make again.
