Described in Frisian style, rjucht (good and bad) and sljucht (sweet and sweet), without too much fuss, so you can make it right at home and conjure up a piece of Friesland in your kitchen. Sisters Henny and Betty Feenstra both worked for many years at bakeries in Lemmer. Alongside their day jobs—Henny as a teacher and Betty as a director—they continued to bake for their family, relatives, and friends. This is the Dutch language edition - there is also a Frisian edition.
