The author, Javant Benton, has studied under leading experts in nutritional science and has created some amazing Healthy Vegan recipes using pantry staples and easy-to-find ingredients. All are Whole Food Plant Based with no refined sugar and no oil. He demonstrates many of his recipes on Facebook and Instagram videos that include both ingredients and step-by -step preparation instructions. If you’re interested in following a WFPB -NO diet, this your book!
