The recipes in this booklet have been created in the Canco Testing Kitchen to give you food dishes, colorful, easy to prepare, and high in nutritive value.

The book was part of a movement in the early-to-mid 20th century to promote the convenience, nutrition, and "modernity" of commercially canned goods to American homemakers.
