Notes about this book

  • Tommelise on October 27, 2013

This is one of my favorite indian cookbooks. I was so fortunate as to find a copy of this book in my local library years ago, and have copied recipes from it over the years. When I found a copy of this book on ebay I was willing to pay quite a lot for it, but I was extremely lucky and got my own copy for £ 1. My favorite recipes are: Lamb in fresh coriander chutney, Lamb DoPyaza ( with onions), and chicken with fresh cream, Saffron and green cardamoms.
