The second edition to the Workbook is the product of the same investment of time and talent that created the first. It's tripled in size, and has 61 new sustainable issues, adding to the 105 in the first workbook. As in the first edition, the second helps growers identify areas of environmental concern on the farm, determine which of these areas they would like to improve, identify areas where improvement in wine grape quality can be made, and develop action plans to address these concerns and implement them. The Workbook is a self-assessment tool. The grower is able to chart his/her progress throughout the complex process of growing quality wine grapes sustainably.
