    This is the most reliable leftovers cookbook I've found. Excellent recipes made many times include the Oatmeal Soda Bread to use up buttermilk, Almond Cranberry Sauce and Cranberry-Strawberry Jam to use up cranberries, and the Peach Bread to use up peaches--a lovely tea bread as she says. The Walnut Lentil Loaf is delicious.
