    The apple pancake is so wonderful. I have made it so many times and it always is a hit. I pour the batter over the back of a large spoon so it stays on top of the apples.

    Made the basil fried rice. We assign 1-5 and rarely give 5's. This was a six. I left out the cilantro and lime juice. This was just about perfect. I think I doubled the fish sauce without realizing it...
