    Everything we've made has been amazingly good. I stick with my own pie crust recipe, but his fillings are spot-on. Blue-goose pie and the rhubarb custard pie have been our favorites. Rhubarb buckle also delicious.

      I have 100s of pie recipes, but this is the one I go back to for the holidays. This year I used 5 pink ladies, which I did not peel.
