Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Zucchini and spinach risotto

    • D.Barker on May 06, 2021

I loved how this was so easy!! It made a ton, and didn't reheat super well, but I loved that I was able to make a decent meal with a newborn on my hips.

  • Little Gram's meatballs

    • D.Barker on April 25, 2021

This doesn't take long to throw together, and the meatballs are divine. Definitely a favorite, even the kids (1 and 3) gobbled them up!

  • Lauren's carrot soup

    • D.Barker on February 14, 2022

I loved this! It was really good and the flavor of the carrots really shone through which is an issue I have had in the past with carrot soup. I added a significant amount of salt and pepper, and we topped it with sour cream and fresh Parmesan.
