Ginny's Rugulah - These are very nice cookies made with a great cottage cheese-based pastry that's easy to work with and flaky once baked. Delicious cinnamon-walnut filling. I like more cinnamon-sugar-walnut filling than specified in the recipe and now use 1 cup walnuts + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 cup light brown sugar instead of the original quantities.
