    Simple, easy and delicious. I used dry rosemary because my plant is not doing well in the garage for the winter, also cut down on the salt, only used the half tsp to chop the garlic. Since my chops were 2” thick, I had to cook them longer, I baked them at 350 for 5 minutes before switching to broil, about 7 minutes per side. The chops were pink in the center and very moist. Next time I’ll add lemon juice to the marinade as suggested by comments on the epicurious site.
