    Love this dish for many reasons: it couldn't be easier, it's really quick, it's healthy, and best of all, it's absolutely delicious! I make it as written except that I add a couple of TBS of capers. For anyone who's a bit afraid of cooking fish, this recipe's for you -- it's foolproof.
