Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I made the sauce with slow-roasted tomatoes and garlic which produced a deeper flavor than had I used fresh or canned tomatoes. The sauce was very good. The tuna, on the other hand, was overcooked following the directions in the recipe. The last 5-minute simmer is really unnecessary.
