    This was so quick and easy to prep, cleaning the mussels takes the longest time. Cheated a wee bit with lemongrass and ginger pastes (late to the party with these). I'd picked up basil, Thai basil and red chilli's at the Community Fridge so a search on EYB sent me to Waitrose for mussels. Lots of flavour, will be repeated.
