    I made 1/2 recipe using 1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry (1/2 package). Since the pastry was rectangular, I didn't bother rolling it into an oval. Froze the pastry for 45 min rather than 15 before topping with cherries and baking; it took 5 extra minutes to bake. Delicious, not too sweet, good with ice cream.
