    This was a bit of a flop, there was about 2 inches of delightful lemon sponge, a thin layer of sauce and then lemon soup underneath. I suspect it was more user error than the fault of the recipe (its AWW after all). Firstly I used a pudding bowl where I probably should have used a shallow dish, and I attempted it at the end of an epic lunch....not the time to operate heavy machinery. I plan to give it a second chance without the impediments
