    Really delicious salad. We've made it a couple of times. I made "half-dried grapes" that were still juicy when I needed to add them, and they worked well in the salad.

    I've made this a few times and it's a really lovely autumn/winter salad. The grapes are quite unique and add a nice sweet note to contrast with the tang of the shallot dressing. It requires quite a bit of advance time -- 2.5 hours to roast the grapes, but almost none of it is hands-on.
