Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    As usual with this book, the instructions are pretty vague and you have to season pretty heavily in order to get a lot of flavor. Those issues aside, I did like the final result here, especially the added tang from the apple cider vinegar. Also, I diced both bell peppers rather than quartering one, because I figured if I was going to cook it down with the beans I might as well leave it in anyway for extra veg.
