    Made caramel many times over, but when adding the orange/vinegar to the caramel, it seized. Not once, not twice, but three times attempted to make the marinade, with each a disaster. There may be some operator error, but my favourite soy caramel marinade hasn't let me down before, so I'm wondering where I've gone so wrong with this. Won't be attempting any more repeats.
