    With bacon wrapped beef tenderloins on the menu I finally remembered to try this. It is (of course!) very rich, delicious & easy BUT I'll also say that we really like using a blue cheese / peppercorn cpd butter that I keep in the freezer (or actually just crumbled blue cheese) almost as much. So yes...it was a treat but I'm not sure how often I'll come back here.
