Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    p. 93 - mr bc totally surprised me by saying he was going to make a sandwich he saw in Polpo! His bread of choice was the Polpo focaccia. We had Fontina, Prosciutto Cotto and some baby arugula so he was in business. I was totally impressed that he even pulled out some good evoo to drizzle atop. He was quite happy with his creation and said it tasted great, he really liked the evoo on the bread. So there you have it…next thing you know he’ll be ordering cookbooks!!
