    This recipe surprised me. Both in flavor and in the brothy presentation, it's very different from anything I usually cook. I can't say that it's something I'll make often, but I very much enjoyed it. It's a good dish to have up my sleeve. Crusty bread is a must!

    Is lacking something. Could use maybe lemon or garlic or both.
