    We really liked this. Unfortunately, it only made 2 servings, so there are no leftovers. Did make a couple of changes: sauteed the onions in coconut oil and used my homemade chicken stock instead of vegetable. Doubled the garlic. Otherwise, followed the recipe exactly. Pureed it in my VitaMix which produced a lovely, smooth, light orange soup.
