Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I didn't have the cheese, so that certainly made a difference. I also used a mélange of lettuces from the farmers market, rather than just butter lettuce. The dressing recipe, as written, produced a ridiculously small amount and the ratio of EVOO to citrus was way off -- it needed much more EVOO than stated in the recipe. Even after adding more oil, I didn't find the dressing to be anything special. Wouldn't bother with it again.
