    The recipe as written is good, but I’ve modified it to take it up a notch. I take time to caramelize the onions, use a mix between homemade chicken stock and a splash of dry white wine. Make sure you pay attention to the turnip size because if you use one too large, the dish will taste bitter. Also, you need to use a lot of salt to bring out the flavor of this dish.
