    Made this last night. I didn't use Basil as it is not in season here in NZ. I used Swiss Marigold Bouilon powder for the stock and added a good sprinkling of nutritional yeast powder also into the pot during the cooking process. I served this with extra grated lemon rind and juice plus more nutritional yeast. It was delicious and soupy. Will be making this again for sure. Perfect comfort food.
