    These turned out delicious and were quite easy--I didn't have enough honey, so I subbed brown sugar. Will make again! One thing to note, the amount of cucumbers it called for filled a quart not a pint, and I needed to double the amount of brine. I actually made more like a quart and a cup, but needed to add more brine to cover the last of the pickles. I also didn't use all the onion called for, because it wouldn't have fit.

    I'll make these again - very easy to make. I used carrots to replace half of the cucumbers which worked well. I also skipped the celery seed and used regular honey.
