    Very good, the mustard sauce goes well with the pork. I used boneless pork loin chops from Costco that were at least 11/4" thick, so I had to cook them longer, about 4-5 minutes per side and then had to stand them on their edges all the way around for a total of a minute or two just to sear the sides of the chops.
