Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A winner! I've made Kiev before in the traditional pound it and roll it up with the compound butter inside and inevitably the melted butter always leaked out. This method works perfectly. All the butter stayed inside the pocket. It's also much easier to prepare this way. And it's delicious!
