    These burgers with the accompanying tapenade are fabulous! A couple of things to note - 1. Do not overlook the burger patties. As with most fresh tuna medium rare is perfect. 2. Be sure to make the burger patties well ahead of time and let them chill really well in the refrigerator to make sure they hold together on the grill. We have made them several times and used fresh sliced garden tomatoes to top them. Friends and family love these burgers.
