    I was missing some of the ingredients so ended up with 3 cups of cooked brown rice, 2 fried/chopped mushrooms, 3 stalks of thyme, 1/3 cup of toasted sunflower seeds, 1/3 cup currents, 1/2 tsp sumac and 1/3 of a packet of feta. Yum!
