    This was sooo good, I used 60g of walnuts instead of 100g of hazelnuts as that's all I had. For such an easy recipe the depth of flavour was really satisfying - a lovely bowl of umami-deliciousnous...

    5.13 Scrummy - present. Made up to Step 3 and then froze - great. Can also substitute crème fraiche for sour cream and walnuts for hazelnuts.
