Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was delicious! The chicken stayed really moist. Didn't have beefsteak tomatoes, used some not-so-ripe Romas but it worked out. Also used green garlic instead of crushed. Family loved it! Next time will try toasting/frying the breadcrumbs separately then sprinkling on after chicken bakes, to keep the topping crispy.
