    p. 24 - This recipe produces a delicious, hearty, healthy soup that comes together in no time once your ingredients are prepped. The sweet potato and carrots impart a beautiful sweetness to the finished dish that counters the bitterness of the greens beautifully. I added some (Cataldi) sweet Italian sausage to mine and though this wasn’t necessary, it was delicious. I used PC baby kale, chard and spinach and simply stirred the greens in at the last minute.
