    Made so many changes to this I wasn't sure it would work but thankfully it did. Made 24 mini cheesecakes, half with dairy and half dairy free. Plenty of cheesecake mixture left over, could have made more. Subbed agar agar flakes for gelatine (2 tbsp) and vegan margarine for butter (would reduce the amount next time) and used dairy-free chocolate. For dairy free half used soy cheese spread and violife creamy (coconut) spread with 3tsp cocoa powder and single soy cream. Vegan fudge from coconut oil, maple syrup and cacao powder (tasty but soft/melty). Skipped the nuts but other toppings worked well. Overall, quite a fiddly recipe, just about worth it for a special occasion but wouldn't rush to make it again. Froze well.
