Can substitute limes for some of the oranges, and beef flank steaks or beef skirt steaks for beef brisket. See recipe for variations.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was a very tasty and fresh taco filling, exactly what I was looking for. Included the banana leaves and wouldn’t recommend omitting, as their flavor was definitely present. Ate with a smear of guacamole and beans.
