Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Loved this, a delicious and filling salad/side. The currants add nice pops of sweetness and the saffron yogurt round it out. I used the yogurt as a topping instead of a base, but it would be delicious either way

    Saw Lizzzy's note this morning so had to make straight away before I forgot about it. Such an easy way to brighten up cauliflower.

    Just fabulous, very tasty, added chopped tomato and steamed spinach for vegetarian meal.
