    If you're a green smoothie fan you've probably already had a close version of this smoothie. If you leave out the cayenne this is what I call the classic "beginner" green smoothie. The pineapple dominates and other than the beautiful color there's no hint that there's 2 cups of spinach in there. I use 1/2 banana because I like them less sweet, it's plenty sweet already. Super kid friendly.
