Molasses-glazed pecan scones from Bon Appétit

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

These scones have a very nice combination of flavors and a moist, substantial texture without any gumminess. Best on the first day, but they held well (for scones) to the next day. I didn't use the molasses glaze, opting instead to sprinkle the tops thickly with Demerara sugar before baking - worked well since the scones weren't very sweet and it also provided a nice crunchy topping. They were a bit salty/baking-soda-y for me so I've made a note to use a scant 1/2 tsp of each of those ingredients in the future.
