Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe was a challenge mainly because I'd read about and seen mole being made on TV but never tried it so wasn't sure if I was on track. It didn't taste so good when I first made it but really improved over time, but also lost a bit of heat. I made it 2 days ahead. When it all came together it was surprisingly good.
