    Healthy and tasty with home grown zucchini, tomatoes and basil. I prepared the zucchini ahead of time, so they were not hot when I assembled the dish. As a result, the 20 min oven time did not heat it hot enough to melt the cheese you sprinkled on top at the end. I'll either cook it longer in the oven or put it back in the oven for a little bit after adding the cheese.
