    Tried this for a quick lunch the other day and pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Added some julienned sugar snap peas, but otherwise followed the recipe precisely. I'd cut back a bit on the butter next time, and probably add red pepper flakes in place of regular pepper. Will definitely keep this in my back pocket, though!
