    I made my own pie crust (Cook's Illustrated vodka crust), used fresh tomatoes from the garden. Very good, not soggy, at all. But so very unhealthy, with the butter and shortening in the crust and the cheese, I'm afraid the fat ratio is pretty high. Should have added some basil on top to lower the ratio ever so slightly.
