Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is much better than it looks. I could get only bone-in lamb neck, which was a bit of a faff to bone out, but worked well enough. I would use shoulder chops next time. I put the bones in the soup to add flavor, removing at the end of course. Also added about 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, because I felt like it.
