Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    All my vegetables were frozen except the leeks, so I didn't do the step of adding some of them in at the last minute after the blend: I added them all earlier and blended the whole thing before adding the pesto. This meant I did need to add quite a bit more water/stock than stated (but I find that is nearly always the case for recipes in this book). The finished soup was really nice: great texture and flavours, and a very pretty green colour. Would make again.
