    We really liked this, although it was a fair bit of work. Served it with pasta and cheddar cheese for a week night dinner. Left out the chiles in the adobe sauce as not easy to get here. Note to self, next time use baking paper, not aluminium foil. Consider making double the sauce to go with the meatballs if going to serve with pasta again.
